I took the 7 days trial which has been an absolute disaster:
After three emails in four days to Customer service I still had not got a reply:
To CopyPastePips
I am really disappointed with CopyPastePips for the following reasons:
I have downloaded and opened the .zip-file, attached the EA, the .dll files and the Clickbank transaction code to my demo IBFX MT4 terminal.
Your short 4-page manual does not provide information on:
1. What should I do now?
2. How do I know if my EA is working (so far nothing has happened)?
3. Should I see arrows indicating previous buy/sells?
4. How can I open and see what your master buy/sells look like?
5. Will buy/sells happen automatically or should I initiate them manually?
6. Can I choose between aggressive or more conservative transactions?
Why do you put in so much effort into marketing and so little or nothing for the actual buyer of your system?
Regards,
xxxx xxxx
Furthermore:
7. The instructions about installing the EA are incorrect:
Quote: "Example: If your system drive is C and you are using MetaTrader Alpari terminal, you need to copy ex4 file to the following folder: C/Program Files/MetaTrader Alpari/experts/indicators."?!!!
8. It is confusing that their emails come from Duet Internet Projects and suddenly there is another URL for their home base: http://copypastepips.kayako.com
9. I was glad to find two help buttons on their website: Knowledgebase and Troubleshooter. Unfortunately they did not help: "No information available in this view"
(NB Knowledgebase appeared first time after several days but Troubleshooter remained empty.)
10. It took them four days to send me a password.
Did I extend the subscription after the trial? -- NO!
About CopyPastePips:
Do they know how to trade forex --I have no idea
Do they know how to run a business? -- NO!
Can they support their EA buyers" -- NO!
the basic version cannot coexist with the up-sell version thats called NO LOSS - which is ridiculous - so far 2 trades on a VPS - one was at about 50 pips plus (80%+ till TP) and it retraced - had to close it manually - otherwise mega loss till SL. Second one was stopped out by sl settings. one tarde won me 100 bucks manual close otherwise about 1500 loss - the other one cost me 850 bucks.
One thing i know for sure the trades are not monitored and/or managed by the vendor - so one gets only pending orders with no further service - C*** or even a con/scam scheme.
basic plus NO LOSS service is about 120 Euro +20% VAT per month -after 14 days i lost 750 bucks +120+20% Euro - if i extrapolate i might get nightmares ...

don't waste your money or even your time on that con artists ..
So far copypastepips is on version 3.2, with 2 updates since launched.I have it running on a VPS and am getting trades coming through, as well as automated/managed cancellations. It runs the updates in an automated manner, very easy on that level.
Installation was straightforward.
I don't think that this is a scam, and have had one positive trade, and three running currently, with unrealised P/L.
So if these current trades come through positive then I think it will be doing its job.
Looking a bit dodgy to me. There is no proper documentation or instructions, and no help forthcoming when I write. No signals either and no indication of whether the service is actally working. Some signs though that a server connection was failing.Worth taking the risk as its clickbank, who if handled right will always get you a refund.
I bought the EA, and have been disappointed, as follows:There are three upsells, always a bad sign. I bought one.
Immediately after signing up, while reviewing the ad, I discovered an offer to pay $47.00 (and $47 monthly), rather than The $67.00 I had just paid. I put in a support ticket to ask for the lower price. After 48 hours I get a response telling me how to cancel my subscription. No offer of the lower price.
The email I received for the upsell program lacked a link to download it. A support ticket took 48 hours to get the link.
The program will not run without either crashing, or being "unable to authenticate". A support ticket took 72 hours, and the reply suggested did not resolve the program. I sent a followup ticket, No response yet. and I am still unable to get the program to work.
The website Knowledge Base is empty. The Troubleshooter file is empty as well.
This program is clearly not ready for prime time. ===> http://www.forexlivebrokers.com
